We are here to support local business owners and co-create an intimate, holistic venue for our beautiful community of locals and tourists to enjoy.
The Conscious Living Fair now occurs several times a year in different locations and in person, with other offerings such as community development workshops & gatherings in between to re-generate the Spirit of Southern Oregon

Phoenix Fall Fair

Phoenix Civic Center
📍 Next to the Phoodery in Phoenix, Oregon
Fair Hours: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Vendor Setup: Begins at 9:30 AM
Our Phoenix location is a bright, beautiful, and brand-new indoor venue with convenient parking, nearby restaurants, and an inspiring community feel. This space is perfect for inviting the public to explore all the healing, conscious living, and heart-centered offerings.
Vendor registration for Phoenix is $125–$175, and space is limited to 30 vendors to ensure variety and visibility for everyone.
What's Included in Your Booth Registration:

6' x 6' space with a 5’ x 2’ table and 2 chairs (Please reach out to us directly if you require a larger booth space so that we may assist you with special additional booth pricing).

Option to bring one support person to help during the event
We’ll ask you to provide thoughtful written content and high-quality photos for marketing purposes. These materials represent both your business and the Conscious Living Fair, so we ask that you submit content that reflects your highest expression.
Please Note:

Extra tables, banners, or displays are allowed if space permits, but cannot be guaranteed.

If you’re offering bodywork, be sure to note this on your registration—we’ll do our best to accommodate massage setups.

Booths must be actively staffed for the full duration of the fair.
Mini-Offerings & Sponsorship Opportunities
Mini-workshops and offerings during the fair are currently reserved for our sponsors. If you’d like to share a short experience or live session, we invite you to consider sponsoring the fair. Mini offerings should be priced at $50 or under to stay accessible to the community.

We reserve the right to return a registration due to the unfortunate circumstances of having too many vendors of the same business type. (For example, we cap our intuitive or card readers at 4 - 5 per fair to allow for ample business for everyone.)
