The Conscious Living Fair is a very special event created to showcase the services & products of our beloved, local holistic entrepreneurs!
We are here to support local business owners & co-create an intimate, holistic venue for our beautiful community of locals & tourists to enjoy.

The Conscious Living Fair occurs every two months from around Sept- May in-person with other offerings such as a community development workshops & gatherings in-between to re-generate the Spirit of Ashland!

1 - 5’ x 2’ table (6'x 6' space) with & 2 chairs along with your business listing with links on our website.
The fair opens to the public 11 - 4 pm & vendors can begin arriving for set up after 9:30 am.
Our current venue space is the brand new Phoenix Civic Center next to the Phoodery in Phoenix. With parking, nearby food and events, the location will be amazing to invite the community to see what we have to offer.

Registration is $125-$175 per booth with a limit of 30 vendors.

We promote you on our facebook & Instagram pages as it is available for us to do so. We will ask for specific written content & photographs from you below. Please be sure you have put thoughtful effort into your written responses & that pictures are of quality as they represent your business & the CLF.

You have creative control over your table design, we want you to be the purest expression
of your brand & feel confident!
If you are a business offering body work, you’ll indicate needing a massage booth on the registration form. Tables and chairs are available for use and set out ahead of time.
Standing banners, extra side tables/chairs, etc are allowed only if there is space the day of.
Extras are not guaranteed.
You are allowed a friend/family member to help at your booth to give you breaks, etc.
Please note we appreciate and expect vendors or a representative to vend their booth the entire day.

& visit our sponsor page above. Please consider a price of below $50 per mini offering.
We reserve the right to return a registration due to the unfortunate circumstances of having too many vendors of the same business type. (For example, we cap our intuitive or card readers at 4 - 5 per fair to allow for ample business for everyone.)
