The Conscious Living Fair is a very special event created to showcase the services & products of our beloved, local holistic entrepreneurs!
We are here to support local business owners & co-create an intimate, holistic venue for our beautiful community of locals & tourists to enjoy.

The Conscious Living Fair occurs every three months in-person with other offerings such as a Podcast, monthly mastermind group, community development workshops & gatherings in-between to re-generate the Spirit of Ashland!
Quality Booth Space
Marketing Services
&
1 fair is $100 per booth. This includes: 1 - 6’ x 2’ table with white linens & 2 chairs with option for outlet/electricity AND your business listing with links on our website.
The fair opens to the public 11 - 4 pm & vendors can begin arriving for set up after 9:30 am. (Long-term parking is behind the hotel & easy access to unload is via the alley - look for our sign!)
Our current venue space is the 2nd floor ballroom at the Ashland Springs Hotel, Downtown Ashland, OR with an arboretum and outdoor space as well. It is truly intimate & beautiful with fresh energy!

Early bird registration is 30 days prior to the event. Registrations submitted within 30 days of the event will cost $125 instead of $100 / vendor table.
+Add on social media marketing! If you’d like for us to promote you on our facebook & instagram pages to do so will be an extra $25. We will ask for specific written content & photographs from you to promote. Please be sure you have put thoughtful effort into your written responses & that pictures are of quality as they represent your business & the CLF.
Social media marketing is not guaranteed if requested within 30 days of the fair.

You have creative control over your table design, we want you to be the purest expression of your brand & feel confident!
If you are a business offering body work, you’ll indicate needing a massage type booth on the registration form. We will then remove the table and you bring your own massage table.
Standing banners, extra side tables/chairs, etc are allowed only if there is space the day of. Extras are not guaranteed.
You are allowed a friend/family member to help at your booth to give you breaks, etc. Please note we appreciate and expect vendors or a representative to vend their booth the entire day.

We reserve the right to return a registration due to the unfortunate circumstances of having too many vendors of the same business type. (For example, we cap our intuitive or card readers at 4 - 5 per fair to allow for ample business for everyone.)
