Welcome to the Conscious Living Fair. By participating in our events, booking a vendor or practitioner space, or purchasing tickets or related items, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
 

 

  1. Event Participation: The Conscious Living Fair hosts wellness events, holistic practitioners, vendors, workshops, and community-based gatherings. Participation is open to individuals and businesses aligned with our mission of conscious, ethical living.
     

  2. Vendor/Participant Responsibility: Vendors and service providers must ensure all products and services offered at the fair are safe, ethical, and legal. All participants are responsible for adhering to local regulations and maintaining a respectful, inclusive environment.
     

  3. Code of Conduct: We promote a safe, supportive space. Any behavior that threatens the safety, dignity, or wellbeing of others may result in removal from the event without refund.
     

  4. Cancellations and Changes: Conscious Living Fair reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel events, vendor placements, or programming due to unforeseen circumstances or low attendance. Participants will be notified promptly.
     

  5. Intellectual Property: All materials produced or distributed by Conscious Living Fair, including logos, event branding, and media content, are the property of Conscious Living Fair and may not be reproduced without written permission.
     

  6. Governing Law: These terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon.

  4. Information Sharing: Your information is never sold. It is only shared when required for services you engage with (e.g., payment providers, booking software).

Refund & Cancellation Policy

General Admission & Ticket Sales

 

 

  • All ticket sales are final unless the event is canceled by Conscious Living Fair.

  • If the event is postponed, all tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. No additional refunds will be issued.

  • In the case of a full cancellation, ticket holders will receive a full refund via the original payment method.

 

 

 

Vendor & Practitioner Booths

 

 

  • No Cancellations or refunds unless the event is cancelled.

  • Booths are non-transferable unless approved in writing by event organizers.

 

 

 

Workshops & Add-On Experiences

 

 

  • Refunds for special workshops or add-ons will follow the same timeline as ticket sales.

  • No refunds for no-shows or late arrivals.
     

 

 

 

 

Shipping Policy

 

 

Effective Date: 1/1/25

 

The Conscious Living Fair is primarily an in-person event. However, in some cases, we may sell merchandise, workshop materials, or promotional items online.

 

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping Methods: We use USPS or UPS for domestic shipping. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping option selected.

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on item weight and shipping location.

  • International Shipping: Not currently available unless arranged by special request.

 

 

You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
 

 

 

 

Fulfillment Policy

This policy outlines how products and services from the Conscious Living Fair are delivered.

 

 

Digital Services & Tickets

 

 

  • Event tickets and digital access passes are delivered via email upon purchase.

  • Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout. If not received within 1 hour, check your spam folder or contact us.

 

 

 

Vendor & Practitioner Packages

 

 

  • Upon registration and payment, vendors receive confirmation and further instructions via email.

  •  Setup details are sent 1–2 weeks before the event. Booth Assignment announced day of.
     

 

 

 

Merchandise

 

 

  • All physical items ordered online will be shipped as per the shipping policy.

  • Damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 days of receipt for resolution.
