We are honored by the growing interest in the Conscious Living Fair and grateful for the vibrant community of healers, makers, and visionaries who make this event so special.

To help us create a rich and diverse experience for attendees, vendor spaces are now application-based. This allows us to rotate offerings throughout our quarterly events and welcome new energy into each gathering.

Please complete the form below to apply as a vendor.

All applications will be reviewed with care. If selected, we will contact you directly with confirmation details and an invoice.

We’re excited to continue growing with you and to offer the Southern Oregon community a rotating lineup of aligned and inspired vendors.

Vendor Options:

Standard Booth – $125 6' x 6' space with 5' x 2.5' table and 2 chairs (or massage setup)
Speaker Booth – $150 Includes booth + 30-minute speaking or demo slot **if approved
Featured Vendor – $175 Booth + speaking slot ** if approved, plus featured marketing across social and email

Featured Vendor – $175 includes booth + featured in main marketing across social media, email, and some print materials. Will recieve extra promotions.

Outdoor Space- $75 no table or chairs provided

I understand the fair is from 11am - 4pm and that I am responsible for vending my booth the full day.

I agree to share about the event on email or social media with my network 3 times before each upcoming Fair I am involved in.

In order to have the MOST ATTENDANCE possible, Conscious Living has all vendors help with email and instagram/facebook promotion.

If my application is approved, I agree that full payment is required within 15 days of receiving my invoice to secure my booth
